We, the members of Iron Circle are dedicated to each other not for power, land, or empires, but as friends. The direction of the guild will always be towards that of the overall enjoyment of our members.

Our members will be self-sufficient. We will not have elitists or cliques within our ranks. We will be a selective guild, accepting and keeping those that fit within our already established guild culture.

Numbers of members are not important, the steadfast loyalty of the members to each other is priceless. We will have organizational rules by which we act and react to our gaming environment. Those rules will be followed or the penalty is exile.

I and me, will not exist, it is we. We play to have fun and enjoy the game and each other's company; it will be our common beliefs that bind us together.
