Yeh, i've sent 4 messages to support and 2 messages to the payments area.

I'm still locked out of the game.

If you try and type 999raider at the login screen(don't worry about the password) you will see the banned message.

OH, and Hypermuse is also trying to resolve the situation. He lodge a ticket on my behalf, but I don't know what affect he is having either.
